Bobbie Lou Whitegon (Blackmore)

TOPEKA, KANSAS - Bobby Lou (Whitegon) Blackmore, 73, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Midland Hospice House. She was the daughter of Emmarie Samples and Forrest Whitegon (predeceased). Bobby Lou was known for always laughing, being full of spunk, and was deeply loved by her family. Her favorite place to visit was Texas Road House and she loved her toy poodle, Darby. Survivors include husband Kenneth Blackmore; children, Dennis Blackmore, Kim (Chris) Gnagi; grandchildren, Brendon & Brady Howbert & Briell (Brock) Zweygardt; brother, Dennis (Suzette) Whitegon, their children Angie (Paul) Brungardt and Darin (Beth) Whitegon & their families; stepbrother, Michael Samples. A private dinner was held for immediate family. Memorial contributions were made to Midland Hospice House to continue to give wonderful end life care.

I remember Bobbie as a great dancer (could have been on Bandstand!) with a ready smile.  May her memory add sunshine to the lives of her friends and family!  She will be missed.
